Conditions of Use

1. Unless you have an account with c2uoffice.co.uk uk or www.c2uoffice.com (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) we do not offer credit facilities, and payment is in full at the time of ordering.
2. If you do have an account with c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) then payment terms are 28 days net, unless otherwise agreed. Overdue payments will attract interest of 10% per month on the full outstanding balance. If the payment terms are not met c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) reserve the right to withdraw credit account facilities, and to recover and resell goods that has not been paid for.
3. c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) retains ownership of all goods until paid for in full, or to the equivalent value of the proceeds of the sale of the goods.
4. A VAT invoice will be sent via email soon after dispatch of your order. If you have not received it please call 0800 191 0120.
5. c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) does not supply goods on a trial basis. All items are subject to availability.
6. None of your personal details are stored on this page. All details are encrypted using the latest devices, and none of your details are sold or passed on to any third parties.
7. c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) reserves the right to decline or rescind any order, refunding any money paid.
8. c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) does not warrant the suitability of goods for any particular purpose. Please check product specifications prior to ordering.
9. Pricing Policy, Shipping and Handling
   we believe that all prices are correct at time of publishing E & OE.
   VAT is charged at the rate on force on all goods and services including any delivery charges supplied in the UK.
   All prices are in Pounds Sterling All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.
10. Our Standard Mainland UK Courier Delivery service is next business day 08:30am to 17:30pm. Carriage charge of £4.20 applies on all orders under £30.00 Ex Vat. All orders over £30.00 ex vat Free of charge. Any Order, any weight no hidden extras.
11. Our Next Business Day Courier Delivery service to the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Carriage of £18.00 applies on all orders.
12. Our Next Business Day Courier Pre-Noon Delivery service is £10.00. Applies on all orders
13. Our Next Business Day Courier Pre-10am Delivery Service is £15.00. Applies on all orders
14. Prices are subject to change without notice. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Any errors on the online invoice will be corrected in the final invoice and you will be notified of the changes.
15. Prices will be as given at the time of ordering. If the price changes for any reason (including due to error or costs) c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) reserve the right to inform you of the change and give you the option of accepting the new price or canceling the order. 16. You have 7 days from the receipt of your goods in which to cancel your order without reason. If you decide to cancel outside of this period up (to 3 months) a re-stocking charge of a minimum of £30.00 will be applicable. The purchase price will be refunded in full less the re-stocking charge and the goods must be in pristine, un-opened and in a re-saleable condition. Returns will only be accepted after the issue of an RMA number.
17. Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days of delivery. If goods returned as faulty are found to be in full working order we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 20% of the price of the goods with a minimum charge of £10.00.
18. Returns will only be accepted after the issue of an RMA number.
19. Any returns on damaged goods and shortages, should be notified within two working days. There are no returns on 'special orders'. For other orders, returns will be fully credited, as long as they have an issued RMA number.
20. c2uoffice.co.uk (part of Cartridges2u Ltd) tries to deliver all orders Next Business day (if not received within 3 days please call). If an item is out of stock you will be notified of an expected delivery date. If delivery is not expected to be within the given timescale you will be notified of a revised delivery date, and will have the option of canceling your order should you decide not to wait.
21. Non-delivery must be advised within 3 days.
22. The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales. Hopefully though this will be unnecessary. Please contact us with your complaints.
23. No opened software will be accepted for credit.
24. Product specifications may be changed without prior notice.

26. Warranty & Liability
    The Company will not be liable for any damaged goods or injuries resulting from use of any products. The Company does not provide warranties on any merchandise. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability.
27. In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of the information made available on this web site.
28. If any terms are deemed unlawful the remainder will remain valid.
29. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
